What this site does not do

This site does not run advertising or analytics trackers. The checkout return page uses a small script to ask PayPal whether an order completed and then display the matching download.

  • No analytics, heatmaps or session recording
  • No advertising, and no advertising trackers
  • No social media pixels
  • No device fingerprinting, and no location data

What is collected, and when

Free printable guides are available by direct download; no email is required. If you submit the optional practice-notes form, your email is sent to MailerLite, which stores and processes it to manage the subscription and send those notes. A separate message to the contact address is used only to reply to your enquiry.

  • An email address, if you submit the optional form — processed by MailerLite for occasional practice notes. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • A message, if you write to us — used to reply, and to fix whatever you reported.

Payments

When PayPal checkout is enabled, PayPal processes the payment. The site receives order details needed to verify the purchase and deliver the selected file; card details are entered with PayPal, not this site. PayPal's own privacy policy applies to information it processes.

Do not send card details by email. The site does not request or store them.

How long it is kept, and how to have it removed

Email addresses are kept until you ask for them to be removed. There is no minimum period and no retention schedule that would keep them after that.

To be removed, write from the address you want deleted and say so. It is a manual process — this is a one-person site — but it is done when asked, and you will get a reply confirming it.

If you are in the EU or the UK

Optional email marketing is separate from access to the free guides. You may unsubscribe from practice notes at any time or contact the site to request access, correction, or deletion of information held for your subscription or enquiry. MailerLite and PayPal also process data under their own terms and privacy notices.

Common questions

Does this site use cookies?

This site does not intentionally use advertising cookies or analytics. PayPal and MailerLite may process information under their own privacy notices when you use checkout or subscribe.

Do you track which pages I read?

No. There is no analytics of any kind on this site — no Google Analytics, no heatmaps, no session recording. We cannot see what you read or how long you stayed.

What happens to my email address?

If you choose to subscribe, your address is sent to MailerLite to manage and send practice notes. Free PDFs do not require an email address. Your address is not sold or used for unrelated third-party marketing; you can unsubscribe or request deletion.

Do you see my card details when I buy something?

PayPal handles checkout when it is enabled. Do not send card details by email; this site does not request or store them.

Is there an app?

No. This is a website and a set of printable files. There is no app to install, and nothing to grant permission to on your phone.
